This company is an absolute joke. Gross Plumbing...LaSalle Contracting...whatever you want to call them...don't call them. They say they're on their way, they're not. They show up, and every time they don't have what they need so they need to come back the next day. This time, they showed up, said they needed to thaw the pipes, they'll be back, come back and leave 10 minutes later because he misjudged the job the night before, and now has no eta for returning to fix it. We had them come out in February to run a snake through The main due to water backing up,went to florida for two wks came home and within a week we had to call back for the same issue. So,here we are 9 months later with the same issue....don't think I'll be calling and giving my $away again .
