buyer beware! worst company to buy from. sent a very expensive cuban link chain completely unwrapped, came scratch up. gave me a quote for a chain and sent invoice, we agreed on price. waited one week for payment, they said the invoice from 1 week ago was null and void and price went up. sent another invoice with a substantial price increase. i followed through because i had sent my chains in already to be upgraded. they said they would give me free shipping to make up for it. did not get free shipping due to the chain be ov... read more
