We have been using this company for over 5 yrs. My husband who is a retired Police Chief is always cautious when dealing with new people. Turnkey has proven themselves as trustworthy. & professional. We always feel like we're their #1 priority, they always take care of any problems which crop up (which is bound to happen living in someone else's house) very timely and the properties are always clean & completely stocked with anything needed. Let me start from this. If you want to be ripped of thats the place to go. We rented house from them cause we had float in our house for 3 months. They took 300 dollars for cleaning and 750 deposit. K fine. Plus app fee and proc fee. K fine. When we moved in we brought all our kitchen wear. When moved out nobody came to inspect the house. Month later when i received only 580 from deposit i called and asked why only 580 and not 750.
