I've been coming back to Las Vegas Skin Pros for a while now, the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming and honestly Marina is the reason I keep returning. She's incredible at what she does and makes you feel completely comfortable every single visit. I've done everything from hydrafacials to lymphatic drainage and have loved every treatment. I loved it so much I got a membership, and I even convinced my husband to come in. That says it all!
Worst staff rude and very unprofessional (NADIA)
I've had three treatments here so far, and my experience has been fantastic. One of the things that stood out to me most was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. I originally scheduled an appointment for PRP under-eye treatment, but during my consultation I realized that PRF was actually what I was looking for. I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses but others need to be warned. Last year I went in for a lip filler, my coworker recommended Yana and that was the reason I went there. Called and made the appointment with the recommended injector. After checking in I was confused why I was welcomed by Jey not Yana. The front desk never mentioned that Yana wasn't working there at any point I made the appointment or when I checked in. I’ve been going here for over a year and everyone there is amazing. Marlene does my facials and she is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. A lot of med spas push you isn’t signing up for the “new best thing” at Las Vegas Skin Pros they show you the best for your skin type and what will get you to the goal you want. The office is beautiful as well! This place is great inside and out!
