I started the promotion and I have been trying to cancel this. I have called and left messages no one has returned my call. I have tried on line and it won't work. This is a joke!
I tried to reach out to put on their journal how veterans are treated, via emails and calling, and the person (Su P***** - photographer) comes to photoshoot other veteran groups, she didn't seem very kind to assist. You'd think that's what they're there for, for their customers no matter what issues are brought about.

the customer service is terrible for 5 days in a row we have been missed and I have to call in for a paper getting it 10:00 AM or latter. I have spoken to customer service in person after waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes and still again we were missed the right hand does not know what the left is doing getting very fed up.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE. I took my 2012 Harley Street Glide to them and they kept it for over a month! Then I picked it up and the radio kept shutting off. I had them change the system out to all Pioneer and I was very adamant about asking them (Danny & JR) if the amp would push all of my speakers. When I got my bike back all of the wires were hanging down instead of being under the seat. Keep in mind that Danny asked me if I could pay him in advance because his money was low.
