Every year the LV Review Journal raises my newspaper. Last year I paid $210 for the year, the price for renewal this year is $273. I did some research and found that for a new customer the price is $153.40. I called them, but they would only reduce my price by $40. I have been getting this paper since 1962. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this is how they treat existing customers. This is discrimination and I am appalled by their service to their customers.

The worst customer service ever. Took my money for a 13 week subscription on July 9th and have only delivered my paper 5 times in one month. I made 4 phone calls and have been in constant contact with Debra Bangle all of which resulted in guarantees that the problem would be resolved. Lies, deceit, empty promises. Isn't it against the law for a company to take your money and fail to deliver your product?

Your customer service absolutely sucks. Just pathetically bad. No way to pay on your website (its broken) and when I call, your stupid automated system says the line is too long, and I will get a call and hangs up (I have no option to hold) and I Never get a call back. ***??? you have loyal customers trying to pay you and you idiots can't even figure out how to take credit cards? seriously? Oh, and the solution from Lori C who knows zero about tech is to say "its your browser" (it isn't) and "its our offsite customer service... read more

The RJ has lost my yearly payments for daily newspaper for the past 2 years, 2023 & now 2024. This has resulted in 2 years of me wasting my time calling for daily delivery. I have been treated abysmally & rudely. I have been asking for correction & apology for 2 years. I have been a regular yearly subscriber for the past 12 years, paying my yearly subscription in full & in advance each year. I am upset & offended by this rude unkind unpleasant treatment of a a good loyal customer.

I have had a subscription to the e Edition of the RJ for over a year. I called to add home delivery and found out the following day my subscription and payment method had been cancelled. It took a long time on the phone to correct everything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was just put on eternal hold. It used to be very easy to resolve matters with the RJ. Now, they’ve obviously contracted out to people who have communication issues.

this business advertises on their website "Cancel anytime". However, they refuse to cancel your subscription unless and until you give them a reason for why you want to cancel. I was told that my subscription would not be canceled because I declined to give a reason why. I had to threaten police involvement for "theft" before my subscription was canceled.

In the past week (4/20/2022) the Review Journal nas NOT been delivered. Despite paying for the Review Journal and delivery, I have had to call the Review Journal 8 days in a row for re delivery, It is clear that calling only suffices to obtain a Re Delivery. And quite often that does not work. Clearly they do not care if the Paper is delivered, despite calling for a re delivery. So the only recourse is to terminate paying for the Review Journal. If sufficient customers do this hopefully the inept delivery system at the Revie... read more

I have an issue getting the newspaper delivered despite having paid for it. I only get excuses when I call to report I haven't received delivery. I have reached out to several people to register my dissatisfaction (including the publisher Keith M**** and head of Customer Service Cherise Johnson) but unfortunately nothing seems to get resolved. I have been promised I would receive delivery after notifying the Review Journal that the paper wasn't delivered but it never happens despite assurances to the contrary. When a custome... read more

Business response:

My Mother was admitted to the Hospital so I, being her son, took over her finances. When paying her bills I noticed she was paying $163.15 for 13 weeks of home delivery. I checked the Review Journals website and they were offering $9.99 per month for the same service. I called Customer Service to find out why my Mother was being so ridiculously overcharged. I was told that their rate increases every year. My Mother is a Las Vegas native and has been a loyal customer for well over 60 years. her reward for being a loyal custom... read more
