Extremely incompetent front office staff – Was looking to maximize my insurance benefits with one initial visit in 2010, and then returning in early 2011 when my yearly benefits for the new year would be available. This was discussed in detail with their insurance "specialist" who assured me there would be no problem. When returning for the subsequent procedure in 2011 however, I was told that they had billed the entire procedure in 2010, even though I had already maxed out my benefits for the year with the first visit.
