The car buying experience seemed so smooth, friendly, and customer focused. We soon learned, however, this dealership was not upfront or honest. They showed us a car fax for our 2019 Mitsubishi Exclipse that was one owner, Enterprise; however, upon registering the vehicle with the DMV, we learned our one year old car actually had 4 owners.
