I have to start by thanking you! I decided to see Dr. Sowmya to treat chronic migraine headaches. After a month I started feeling better. My quality of life is so much better without the constant pain. She gave me my life back without taking prescription drugs and taught me how to make healthier choices. Your patience when listening to my complains is very much appreciated and shows how much you truly care.
Practice changed husband's appointment time, we called back and left msg letting them know this wouldn't work. Never received a call back; was charged $100 for missed appointment. Tried to resolve this with the receptionist, to which the response was that they could not find record of a msg left or a phone call made. This is the same receptionist that never called us back when we made the initial appointment and left several messages to leave our payment information.
