I ended up getting referred here by my primary care doctor to manage my menopause because I am only taking estrogen and at risk for blood clots. I called the first time. They said they didn’t have my referral so I waited then a month later I called back to try to get a hold of someone had to press the option for new patient and the lady stated that the lady who scheduled for new patients would call me back. I'm a retired veteran with disabilities. I was treated horribly at this location by whomever was working the front desk at 0730, 15 September 2025. She kept asking for a Tricare insurance card (no such thing, there is a printable paper with your pcm and number which I explained to her). She cancelled my appointment and asked for a reschedule, no way I would do this when this facility is too unreasonable or lazy to look up my insurance information or referral. My appointment was at 1:30pm 8/25/25 but was seen by the Doctor around 2:35pm. Everyone I saw was nice. I really liked the sound of the water from the fish tanks. Prepare to wait & it’s a bit hot in the back.

Called 3 times. Twice I was put on hold and then hung up on after 30 minutes of waiting. I understand being busy, but at least get a call back number. I left a voicemail for a call back and nothing all day. What is the point of the phone number?
