The billing department billed the insurance then the patient for a missed appointment, which isn't legal to bill for missed appointments in Nevada. Double billing isn't either! This is outrageous or incompetence, shameful
I fired them 4 years ago and never looked back . Staff and especially the doctors are extremely rude . I am a diabetic and they never listened to me They just wanted to give medications without hearing all the awful side effects it was giving me . They are just so awful - don’t waste your time or precious life .
I had a frustrating experience at Las Vegas Endocrinology. First, I had to wait over five months just to get an appointment. When I finally arrived, with all their requirements I needed to print and have filled prior to meeting them, which is apart of their job to provide documents. They also requested a letter from my primary care physician and notes from my previous doctor—unfortunately, my doctor only provided a letter with some notes but not the additional notes to their liking they said I need to get that and make anoth... read more
Trust the reviews. This is one of the worst offices you can go. I've come here three times and it's always the same. The wait time is crazy, the women at the front are always in bad mood, and after all that, the doctor only looks at you for a few minutes. The only good thing was the medical assistant Alberto, he’s a nice and sweet person who's always in a good mood and was able to explain my treatment better than the doctor. Avoid this office if you can.
As much as I like Dr. Nguyen I am sadly disappointed in their policy for rescheduling appointments. I have mobility issues and other health problems that make it difficult to get around. I have in reality had to reschedule 6 times in one year and was just ‘fired’ from them. They (Randie) were not as understanding as hoped. 3 of these requests for rescheduling appointments was because of flu / fever / severe cold and I was told just come in and wear a mask.
