Save your time. I had an “appointment” it did not mean anything. They are way too unprofessional to take patients in. More than two hours of waiting and got no kind of help. Definitely try to find another place.
Imagine on office full of the most obese and sick patients in the world as the doctors are so incompetent. They blame their incompetence on their patients. When I complained about always having to see a rude PA, and never seeing a real doctor I was told I was not a suitable patient. I really was looking for a solution. Missed an appointment because my daughter had medical emergency. They don't care in order to do anymore appointments I need to pay $50.00 . Sorry my last thought when my daughter is having a medical emergency is to worry about my appointment. Where's the humanity??
I've been coming here a couple of years. I have a thyroid issue and when I lived in Florida, I was bounced from one subpar endo to another for years. My PCP referred me here in 2023, I did have to wait some time for an appointment, but that's not unusual for non-emergency care. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2009, and in 2023 Dr. Nguyen was the FIRST doctor to take the time to explain to me what was actually happening to my thyroid and how the medication was helping.
