I am currently in this office with my mother. The wait times are ridiculous. They called her back did bp, then sent back to the waiting room. Got called back and put in a tiny room and have been waiting for 20 minutes now. They must really over book to be this far behind schedule. Really frustrating!
The providers at this office are average, but the office staff are absolutely terrible. Long wait times are the norm, and the office staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, and disorganized. Felt ignored and dismissed when I went to them for help with my thyroid. It’s taken me years now to find the right doctor to help me diagnose my Hashimotos when all this facility did was make me feel crazy!
I have been coming here for a few years now, and I am very grateful for all of them. Kristy actually saved my life by finding another condition (not endocrinology related). Everyone is super nice, and the treatments have reversed my diabetes. So needless to say, I am a fan of the practice as a whole. Even the medical students are great. The reason it's hard to get an appointment is because they are the best in the area.
I got referred to this endocrinologist due to some serious health issues. I have been trying to call them to make an appointment and they do not answer the phones at all. I have called multiple times a day with no luck. I Left voicemails and no one calls back. As I am reading the reviews, I am realizing that this is just something that they do on a regular basis.
