I like this location for quick morning without. The parking lot is never crowded and you don't have to fight the steroid crowd or overly made-up soccer moms to get a machine.

I don't know if all the rest of the LVACs are two floors, but this location is one floor and isn't as super crowded as the Rainbow location - thank goodness!!!

The secret is out. This is the best gym in the chain. A gym is more than equipment and layout, it's the people. They workout hard here. The weights are not monopolized. The one floor layout s a plus.

This one feels so tiny in comparison to the one on 215. Well, at least the locker room is strategically laid out so you don't get a plain and clear view of the showers.

Oh, and you don't have to walk through the showers to get to the pool area either. Thank god, the less old man behinds I have to see at a gym, the better.

Patience is a virtue! You'll get your results over time. Don't be discouraged if you don't see anything right away. Being healthy is a lifestyle and you'll reap the rewards the rest of your life!
