Older gym, one story great for working out. If you are looking for a place to socialize abd be seen then go to the other LVAC locations.
This location needs upgraded equipment , other than that I like it not so crowded!

Invest in noise canceling headphones. They play the most awful Top 40 music unbearably loud here. If you see a guy working out in huge clunky Beats by Dr. Dre, you'll know why after your first workout
This location is awesome.The staff and instructors are the best! I haven't met anyone I didn't like. Everyone is so helpful.
