I like LVAC. I know some prefer 24 or golds but these are my favorite gyms in vegas. The organization of weights and machines at this location is a bit awkward. I prefer the rainbow location
Try the Tuesday aqua class at 9 am with Cathy! Great instructor who challenges you. This is no old lady work out!
Hey ladies, if you're wearing fake eyelashes, and you saunter around the gym without breaking a sweat, you look like an idiot.
Get the juice bar punch or going ape smoothie with whey... AMAZING. Yum.
The Pilates class has a great instructor. She makes it fun!!
Whoever is taking the dumbbells home with them needs to stop!
