If you're going to use your cell phone while you're working out or plan on gossiping at the gym, please do so away from the equipment, so us serious folks don't have to stand around waiting for you.
Share the machines during peak hours! It is a PUBLIC GYM. but be polite and set the machine back for them.
Come get your day started right and take BodyPump for muscle endurance with me Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am.
VERY busy from 3-9PM. Avoid those times unless you dont want to work muscle but your eyes and mouth instead.
