Sciatic nerve and hips problems.Doctor Carter helped her by referring us to walk Mountains edge.Different angles really help her and me.Like doctor said don't use it u will lose it.Im 55 and best shape of my life.Jlo learned how to stretch her hips on her recliner.We see doc once a month.Best $50 I every spent.Thank doc.
