I liked how things were explained to me and it was very time efficient

Nice but not exceptional. Everything almost.., but just not quite nice.. Checkin a nightmare (no no smoking rooms, but offered to upgrade), no bellhop. Upgrade needed for wireless. Lots of extra $$
