En el horario de lunch no tienen manager tuve problemas con sus platos pedi panqueques con dulce de leche y le pusieron alcohol y sabia que es para mi hija que tiene 7 años y le dije porque le ponen alcohol si es para una niña no le importo eso pero bueno se los dejo saber que manager no tienen segun los empleados. Es el peor servicio que hay en un restaurant. El peor restaurante que he pisado en mi vida, te tratan pésimo, de lo peor, te obligan a pedir comida que terminas llevándote a tu casa y es lo más caro que he visto en este país sin siquiera tener el servicio de un restaurant a esa altura de precios... Muy mala experiencia, un punto negro en mi visita a Miami... U cant sell one small piece of steak out of menu at 160$ , tip 18% included plus tips !! For two person we spent 400$ ! When u askat the manager about the situation he only answer u ... Yes the servers are trained to do this ! No more in this restaurant ! 1 star

I absolutely love their steaks! Unreal! I have gone on and off here because I moved to Orlando, and have found their customer service or experience has decreased.. Great Steaks (always perfect) So so overall experienc3
Not a good experience. Staff wasn't friendly, food was expensive BUT pretty good, MANY questionable charges on bill. Not coming back.
