My friend went and ordered and then went to pay and didn't have enough money because someone used his card without permission. The guy complained and said he couldn't get cancel the order. He made a big deal about it and then was rude about everything after. he accused us of taking a bag of chips when we told him he didn't give us our chips. flat out RUDE.
