Always amazing service, excellent food, awesome drinks, a great experience!
Service ya'll SERVICE!! Waited forever for our stuff and still forgot cheese dip, took awhile to get out check and my Pollo Feliz tasted like it was made from Tyson already cooked chicken with southwest sauce. Later on after only eating a few bites i was so sick!! Glad I didn't force myself To eat it all!! My husbands was good mine not so much!! Excellent staff and food! Definitely will come back!
The food is always good, but recently the service has been very hit or miss. The wait staff is kind and friendly, and genuinely try to get everything sorted out, but the last two visits our orders have been either completely wrong for some members of our party or listed with a drastically different price on the ticket versus the menu price. We've also had issues with things repeatedly being put on the wrong ticket and a fairly large automatic gratuity being added for a party of about eight people. It was ok. The food was good once we got it. The waiter came by and asked was everything good. I said we don't know because we haven't eaten yet, all he could do was laugh. The company was great, that made up the loooong wait for the food.
They were very short staffed and we had a large group . It took 1 hour before we even seen our waitress. She did not have a good attitude and it was my birthday. It then took another 30 mins for our drinks. By the time our food came the manager came and said he was sorry for the poor service and everybody's food and drinks were on the house. Worst customer service ever!!! Waited over an hour and half for food and when asked for a check to pay for our cheese dip and drinks we had already had he said he couldn't do that. Will never go back. If you can't pay as much attention to 2 customers as much as you can your 5 big parties than you won't have my business.
