The restaurant was empty when we arrived and it still took over 20 minutes to get our order taken. The waitress took the order and then answered the phone, forgot the order and had to come back to the table to get it again. Drinks took forever to receive and were wrong. I love the food, the servers are very nice and are absolutely capable of making your time there well spent. They make sure your order is correct, and if not they get it fixed immediately! They are very friendly, and they make sure you know they are glad you're there. The food is served at the appropriate temp., and served with a smile. The food tastes great. I highly recommend Las Trancas, you'll be glad you tried it!

The last two times were far from good. What I wanted was a simple order change from one sauce to another. They did not change it. Now the last time, it took them THREE times to get the order correct. The first time, not the right sauce, second time there was a hair in the food. I was hungry and waited a third time for the order to be corrected. They took off a few dollars for the hair in the food. I don't think I'll be eating here again. Service has gone way downhill.
