When we moved it 4 years ago it was nice. The new owners let it go to the ghetto.
Really mismanaged! They never answer the phone and or never return messages. No hot water AGAIN. This is something that is a major issue or no AC. They never communicate when there are major maintenance jobs that prevent you from having AC, water or hot water. Mayra up front is the worst.
Don't do it. You'll regret. Bad ac/heat, sinks/toilets don't flow. #sooverabarrel.
