The apartment complex has recently been renovated and revamped and has improved a lot! It has more of a modern/chic feel to it. We finally have not only a great pool and gym, but a beautiful SAUNA to enjoy! Im looking forward to enjoying these new additions. EVOQ is where it's at!
The Apartments In This Complex Are Very Lovely, Especially As Starter Apartments / Homes. They Offer Security, Space, Quiet Neighbors, And Affordable Rents. Should Any Problems Exists Within Your Home, Maintenance Is Very Timely In Its Mannerism, Approach, And Efficiency. Overall, A Very Nice, Suitable Home In The Middle Of The Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. 😁
la manager nos cobro $599 . porque habia unas manchas en l a alfombras la alfombras ya estaba muy viejay dañada ,cuando rentamos el aPartamento.estan renovando los apartamentos q ya son muy viejos y en malas condiciones y los clientes q se van le hacen cargos exesivosNo les recomiendo. muy mala experiencia con la nueva manager de ese Lugar . ademas hay muchas cucarachas y tambien ratas.

Such a terrible place to live! I'm in building 10 and the a/c has been off for weeks! Roaches everywhere! The office doesn't give a damn about any of the tenants. I've been calling everyday about the a/c and getting the same answer every time, "someone is working on it". Obviously someone else needs to be working on this shit. I wake every 2 hours drenched. Don't do it.
I would give zero stars if it were an option. I have been here 11 years and it has never been this bad. Cannot use clubhouse because construction that is taking forever. I have many management companies prior to Stout. I do not know how much longer I am going to be here. I have seen a lot of change of address envelopes filled out to move away from this place. Maybe after the construction is done it may be livable again but at a much higher rate I am sure.
