The minute I entered the door, I was greeted with big warm smiles from everyone. Danny was the name of my stylist. It was a great experience from the washbowl with an amazing scalp massage all the way to the styling chair. My blowout turned out beautifully and just what I asked for. Whenever I am in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I will definitely return.
Besides the fact that the Salon is literally steps away from my house, it's an awesome place to spend a few hours. The atmosphere is comfy and relaxing, the staff is kind and courteous and go out of their way to make you feel at home. My second experience was not the best as far as the service went on my Pedicure, but once i brought the problem to Chad, the Manager, he immediately took care of it with no questions asked and made me a happier customer. Thank you ;) You now have a steady new customer!!
