I’m very disappointed with my experience at Clínica Las Mercedes in Miami. Patients are left fasting for hours, only for labs to be done much later than expected. This is extremely frustrating and inconsiderate, especially for people who may have medical conditions or are elderly. Scheduling has also been very unprofessional. Appointments are given and then changed without any notice.
