First off Ray is a fast talking scam artist that knows he is selling trash ass vehicles to the public and cares not one bit because it's all about money! I bought a truck last April from this place and should have known to run and take my hard earn money elsewhere. The salesman that sold it to me lied when I asked him if the truck had been in a accident his exact words were no it wasn't that just have that written on there??? I wanted a truck so I figured I would investigate more later. The mechanic that this dealership uses is garbage like some of the vehicles in the lot! He does not know what the fuck he is doing or does not care. So I call Shady Ray to tell him the breaks are acting up he tells me to bring it in and I do when I get there he drives me around the block and says man I don't really here anything smh then dropped me off and was like let me go drive again to see if I hear it again??? He goes and comes back and the brakes were somewhat better but I'm not stupid all he did was go around the corner in the truck and tighten the brake calliper smh. As we all know you have 30 day warranty at places like this. Being a idiot and trusting the word of a dealership was my fault but being sold a lemon of a truck was not. I go get a oil change and the mechanic I took the truck to calls me over and says the truck has been in a accident! He visually showed me where at then he tells me my motor mounts are no good and that I have a engine oil leak😡 so of course I'm pissed because what real mechanic or owner of a dealership would let a truck out on the road like that??? I contacted Shady Ray and he says my warranty expired but he will talk to the mechanic I then filed a dealer compliance complaint with the finance company. Then Shady Ray calls me and tells me to bring it down and the mechanic will fix it for $500 so without any real options like a idiot I do. So I'm driving the truck and then boom check engine light comes on. So I call Shady Ray again and let him know what's going on I'm told to bring it in and I do and what do you know I magically need a new catalytic converter😡 as usual I'm told a price and the the mechanic can do it. So I pass then I'm driving and notice my oil keeps getting low now come to find out I have a different leak coming from the engine in between the transmission and also the mechanic he uses did not bolt in the motor mount correctly at all! Took the truck to Ted Wein for a oil change and they call me over and visually show me where the motor mount is and the screw was barley hanging on. Needless to say my truck is done for But so is this dealership! Beware buying a truck from here do it at your own risk at the end of the day it's all about the money! Of course there nice people how else do you get people to deal with you but once they get your money and shit immediately starts to go wrong with your vehicle...well good luck.

I highly recommend Las Dunas Auto Sales. This is the second SUV we get from there and never had a problem at all. Christine, Iram, & Sisco are cool people and will help you till the end. Very straight forward people & good prices.

We bought a escalade and notice there was a oil leak. They said hey would fix it same day of course they wanted their money. But next day oil leak again. Had to spend another $1000 to repair it at our mechanic shop. Don’t go to them they will rip u guys off
