My appointment was scheduled at 10am. It took 30 sec to get checked in and I was called back by 10:01. I was very impressed by how friendly everyone was and how efficiently the office ran.
With the high prescription that I have, i have seen a lot of eye doctors in my life, but it has been a very long time since I had a doctor like Dr. Gerard. She is amazing and actually seems to understand the depth of my eyes and their problems. She is very easy to talk to and answers all of my questions with such knowledge. The staff is always so obliging! The eye exam took no time at all, and they were incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with picking out a new set of frames that worked best for me.
Oh, yes, she did! New glasses... My eyes have long been taken care of (since 1982) by my excellent doctor, Dr. Ken Krivacic, of Las Colinas Vision Center. Most of the time, in public, I wear contacts (thanks, Amy), but had the opportunity this year to update my glasses (thanks, Phyllis). Thanks for the many years of eye care, LCVC! ♡ ~ jdt
