Management delinquency to provide standard, clean and safe living is far below average. The place was not as bad years before but since the place has began to decay year after year. There is very little care for this property or the people living in it. To many areas in this property is considered hazardous and unhealthy the stairways are contaminated and filthy with walk areas near trash room consumed with flies and awful smells.
