This shop claims to follow Washington State's Safe Start plan with regard to masking procedures, but in reality they do not. I called ahead to insure a mask would be worn in my car by the service technicians when I brought it in for an engine recall, but when I arrived, no one was wearing a mask. I expressed my disappointment to the service center manager, citing that I am medically sensitive due to a heart condition. I was happy until I realized I never got my title. I've been speaking to various people for 3 weeks. No one has done anything. Fully paid for well over a year ago!

I went to the car dealership Hyundai Accent, company named Look Larson Automotive Group in Tacoma. My experience with the dealer was negative and pushy, Mike is his name. I went in there to get pre-approved for a car I have been looking at, when I got there Mike tried to push a car $6,000 above my budget on me. When I asked him to please focus on the car I originally wanted he tried to make me sign on a hand written contract of three letters saying "Will but today". I purchased a 2020 Palisade in February from Titus Will Hyundai in Olympia (that was my first mistake). Almost 2 weeks ago my windshield just cracked. No chips, nothing. After a bit of research I found out that this has been a problem with this model, there is a class action lawsuit and several complaints filed with the NTSB. Took it into Titus Will Hyundai and they said it was caused by a chip (none visible whatsoever.) The service technician refused to do anything about it. From today's three years before, i Got a car from Toyota Dealership, Tacoma .
