This shop claims to follow Washington State's Safe Start plan with regard to masking procedures, but in reality they do not. I called ahead to insure a mask would be worn in my car by the service technicians when I brought it in for an engine recall, but when I arrived, no one was wearing a mask. I went to the car dealership Hyundai Accent, company named Look Larson Automotive Group in Tacoma. My experience with the dealer was negative and pushy, Mike is his name. I went in there to get pre-approved for a car I have been looking at, when I got there Mike tried to push a car $6,000 above my budget on me. I purchased a 2020 Palisade in February from Titus Will Hyundai in Olympia (that was my first mistake). Almost 2 weeks ago my windshield just cracked. No chips, nothing. After a bit of research I found out that this has been a problem with this model, there is a class action lawsuit and several complaints filed with the NTSB.
