I have had the service plan for a couple of years and have been pleased for the most part. All the employees have been very nice and helpful. I do feel like they are encouraged to up sell products and services, with possible catastrophic results if not performed. So of course I felt pressured to have the services done. My home is less than 10 years old and the HVAC system is as described by them as a higher end system that was installed by the previous owners. It is less than 10 years old also.
Jarod isolated the problem - had the necessary part at the shop and we were back up and running same day
