Today I was introduced to a recently graduated (U of M) hygienist new to the staff. She treated me professionally and gently. There was no pain and I never experience a "gag reflex" while she worked. As I told her upon leaving the only painful part of the visit was receiving the bill - and that was really not that bad.
Best hygienist I ever had. Professional, compenant, explained what she was doing and very knowledgeable. Shannon was a real pro the entire time. Truly a keeper.
It's so good to see such a well ordered office. The staff is exceptional. There's a culture of care and good humor that reminds me, one more time, that I'm in good hands.
The staff is very welcoming. And the is a good vibe to the vicinity. Great suggestions on how to take care of your teeth as well as the professional care that is spectacular.
From the moment I walk in the door from the office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Mike, I receive professional, prompt, and personal A+ service. Dr. Mike and his office deserve every annual "Best Dentist" award he/his office receive!
My father is visiting from Ukraine. Unfortunately for him he developed a severe tooth pain. We were very fortunate to meet Dr Doroschak and his team who took a great care of my dad’s tooth problems and my worries. Dr. Mike's team is great! All the dental hygienists have been friendly and efficient. Shannon was knowledgeable and observant, telling me what she was looking at and giving me a hand mirror to see. The team is focused on preventative care--I finally was convinced to switch to an electric toothbrush! There's no hidden sales game: they just want you to be making good home care choices.
