Thank You technicians Vincent, and Travis, and I believe the receptionist is Laney? It is nice to work with some professionals for a change. Yes, My "home warranty" contractors fixed it wrong, so I called Larson Air to fix it correctly. I cannot emphasize it enough, but Larson Air is VERY solid and professional....what a world of difference.

I called Larson Air in a desperate situation when one of the 3 AC units at my business was not working. It was Friday at 4 p.m. before a 3-day weekend and they answered their phone, whereas a lot of other companies did not. They were able to come out that day, about 2-1/2 hours later. I am in the property management business, so I refer Larson Air to my clients and I use them myself. They are very responsive, professional and timely. They do what they say they will, when they say they are going to do it, which is very important to me. I recently had a real problem with my air conditiong system. I called Larson Air on a Monday morning and to my great surprise I was told that a technician would be out that afternoon. I thought I'd have to wait a week! The cost of the house-call was explained to me in detail, which I appreciated, so I knew what to expect. The technician arrived half an hour early, called me first to make certain I was home.
