Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I really like Dr. Larsen. He is very calm and down to earth. I have seen him and I have taken one of my children to see him.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They were happy to address every concern I had Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes
