Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Would you recommend this podiatrist to others? No

Their staff is friendly & welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr, Larsen is clearly an expert. I know good Dr.'s, I'm an O.R. R.N.. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Absolutely not! I don't think they have one! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Definitely, it was nauseating

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
