Installer Chris just finished installing my new front door and security screen door. He was very professional and efficient. I am thrilled with the outcome. I did not give five stars only because it took much longer than the expected time from signing the contract to actual installation. The quality of the door and the installation job allow me to overlook the inconvenience of the longer time to get it completed.
Very flaky and non-responsive. Still waiting for our windows, they've been delayed for weeks. When we inquire, we get the run around. It's unfortunate we put our trust in these people.
