Weost maintenance experience. Took my mower 3 tikes and they find different issue and wanto to charge me aervice charge every times.. never go there..
Quoted $40 to replace a Toro self propelled transmission. Picked it up finally after almost a month and it was $80 plus tax and labor. During the last month it was always one delay and excuse after the next. Consistently short on help and knowledge. I will not be back.
Service sucks
I have been a customer for over two years now and been to the shop several times. I like that it is not a chain but owned by Larry himself. He had a mechanic that did good work last year although I am not sure what happened to him. The new mechanic on duty is a woman named Angela who seems to be extremely competent and friendly as well. I spoke with them a bit and found out that Larry is 66 and slowing down some and trying to retire, so he is looking to sell the business.
