Called a couple of days in advance to have toilet and water pump repaired on our 40 foot Winnebago. A big thank you to Dave and James and their team. Thet got us back on the road in less than an hour. Toilet works perfectly!
Larry's Rv of Jackson, Michigan Sucks These are some of the most crooked son of a bitches I have ever dealt with. They wrote up a purchase agreement showing the selling price of their rv and what they were giving me for my trade. I went through the hassle of getting the financing and running my credit a few times and all of a sudden they do not want to give what they said they would for a trade value. They are crooked. Buys beware!!!!!
On our way to visit Yellowstone for the first time. The coach batteries needed to be replaced at the last minute. After installing we still weren't getting power. Stopped by Larrys RV on the recommendation of a local man in the parking lot. Larrys fixed our problem and sent us on our way with a smile. No charge to us for dropping in panicking. Class act staff and service. Will return for future RV needs and services. Thanks for helping us out.
I will definitely recommend Larry's to anyone in the market for a camper! We went in during their fall open house a few weekends back. We were shown the campers we were interested in and were given lots of helpful information. We never felt pressured to make a certain decision and were given time to look through each trailer again on our own to make a decision. Helped us out on very short notice (I think even coming to our house on a Saturday, if I remember right!) when our pop-up got stuck in the up position last year. This year they corrected a little "OOPS" and got our camper all ready for use in one day - all at no charge. Thanks guys!
How great is Larrys RV! I needed my awning fabric replaced. I measured my awning went in and placed my order and had them install it. Well I guess I did not measure it correctly. They temporarily installed the one I ordered, ordering me a new one and then are going to reinstall that one! And here is the kicker never asked me for another installation fee........ And it was my fault! They have all my business from now on. Great company.
