Well, needed to get a bracket replaced for brake. Could not get in today or Friday. You know what they said? Call back in two weeks. WHAT?
Larrys rv are knowledgeable virtuous and professional. Bob and his maintenance crew go the extra mile to ensure you will really enjoy your rv and that everything will work for you. Two thumbs up.

Larry’s RV service dept.-Horrible ! Called for Estimate for insurance claim, Was told to bring camper in for inspection & estimate Tuesday (8-30-16). Called Friday morning (9-2-16 ) was told “maybe we’ll get around to it this afternoon”. Waited for a call, nothing. Went in Wednesday morning (9-7-16) was told the repair guy wasn’t in yet but as soon as he gets in they will get an inspection & estimate. Larry's RV has been super helpful in guiding me towards the best options for RV rental vs. purchasing. I would send anyone there to get good input and pointed in the right direction!
The absolute worst customer service for repairs. Have been trying to get a hot water heater a refrigerator fan fixed since our first original call in June. Here it is August still neither is fixed and parts had not been ordered. Apparently their mobile maintenance person no longer works there. But ironically we saw him driving thru the campground just today. And all this after TWO trips here and paying for a service each time! Would never recommend for mobile maintenance!
