We had an emergency with our motor home our door to our rv was broken and needed repair we were leaving to go to Idaho on Sunday. The tech was extremely helpful and polite and nice. They went out of their way to help us. We are from out of town. Thanks again Larry rv. The Allmon Family

Winterized my camper last season and removed my anode rod form hot water heater and either lost it or forgot to give it to me, either way I was left without it and was forced to purchase a new one. When I mentioned the fact I shouldn't be responsible for paying for it I was laughed at and walked away from by the service manager. I was going to purchase more items but not now and will not be returning for any service in the fall or anytime in the future for any reason at all.
We picked up our RV this evening. First of all, they fit us in before Memorial Day to fix our awning so we could enjoy it for our trip. Second the awing was diagnosed by someone else that it was a bad motor. I paid to be told this (not by Larry’s RV). Larry’s RV had a motor and said we can get it done for you. Called me today, same day of install and broke the news to me that I did not need to pay for a motor as it was a bad wire.
