Seem to be there to collect money from your insurance without providing any real service. Waited 6 months for new patient appointment. Was called two days prior to appointment and told it was rescheduled without consulting me as to what dates would work. When I finally saw Dr Silver it was for less than five minutes. He seemed totally disinterested. Made no inquiries regarding my health even though I indicated that I was recovering from a serious brain injury on the medical history form that I completed. Rushed through the quickest doctor visit I have ever had. He just walked out an I had to ask the nurse to go bring him back. He was unthorough and dismissive, I felt unheard and like I was in uncapable hands. Such a disappointment and honestly a very scary reflection of health these days.

I scheduled this appointment over 5 months ago for my senior parents who have moved from up north to SLO, I requested their medical documents to be released to this office over months ago and got a day off at work and was ready to be seen next week, I received a phone call last minute from a very cold and insensitive receptionist (Jasmine) who just cancelled the appointment and said the provider is no longer with us and we cannot reschedule this visit with any other provider.
