Rushed through the quickest doctor visit I have ever had. He just walked out an I had to ask the nurse to go bring him back. He was unthorough and dismissive, I felt unheard and like I was in uncapable hands. Such a disappointment and honestly a very scary reflection of health these days.
Dr. Silver listened to my problem and asked questions and his solution seemed reasonable and satisfied me.
I scheduled this appointment over 5 months ago for my senior parents who have moved from up north to SLO, I requested their medical documents to be released to this office over months ago and got a day off at work and was ready to be seen next week, I received a phone call last minute from a very cold and insensitive receptionist (Jasmine) who just cancelled the appointment and said the provider is no longer with us and we cannot reschedule this visit with any other provider. It felt like a very rushed visit. No good recommendations for a good diet change or specific exercises to help my higher cholesterol. It doesn’t feel like Dr. Silvers heart was really in it. Maybe were just not a good fit.
Dr Silver and his team are great.
Dr.. Silver is too rushed. I feel like he has his agenda and does not inquire what else you may have going on. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Randall Silver, DO was efficient and kind during my visit, talking through my needs and suggesting options that I may wish to try. Would recommend Dr. Silver as a PCP.
I couldn't have asked for a better service. I got there when my appointment was due, I got right in and was taken care of right away.
