Would not renew my subscription! I was told that I had to see him first. I was out of my prescription for a week. When I met with him he refused and argued about renewing my prescription. He finally agreed to renew half of what I was supposed to have, for one month. He now wants me to go to a mental Doctor for depression, to get my prescription because they can prescribe it. I would rather die than see Dr. Silver or NP Poe again. In fact, you may die if you use these crooks as your doctor. The administrative staff incorrectly scheduled me as an office visit, when I asked for a wellness exam. My health insurance would not cover the visit as a consequence. I was told by their billing department that this is a common tactic to collect more money.They don't prescribe medications, or give you the time of day, so I'm not really sure what they do besides collect money. I have been going to Dr Silver for 10 years and have been very satisfied. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the DIgnity Health system. Prior experiences with Dr. Silver were 5+stars. Ease of scheduling urgent appointments used to be a 5. I don't want to see a PA and used to see Dr. Silver when really necessary.

During visits he is absent minded at best and in terms of how he runs his practice he is grossly incompetent. Dr. Silver put in an order for me to get routine bloodwork for my yearly physical and I went and had the bloodwork done as usual, however it turns out he filed the wrong 'diagnosis' for the bloodwork to my insurance so they rejected payment. Hello!Dr. Sungurlu delivered my son on this day in 2006. I have not seen her since then, but she has always had a special place in my heart. This was when she worked in Michigan. I seen her throughout my prenatal care, and she was amazing. I felt the need to shout her out on my son's 18th birthday. If she ever comes back to Michigan, I would be her first patient to welcome her back!
