Response From Owner – Response to JC2- We have kept our low prices consistent on all items. The salesperson who you were working with was not a fit with our low pressure culture. We hope you will give us another shot. Ask to speak with Elvi Fernandez or Allyson Humphries. Response To Unauthorized Use Of Pictures - We take these claims very seriously & have had them vetted through our IT department twice. All pictures featured on our website we have permission or copyrights to use.

BUYER BEWARE!!! – AFTER BEING QUOTED A PRICE ON KEYSTONE, WE AGREED TO PURCHASE (BASED ON THE SAMPLE PROVIDED) THE FOLLOWING WEEK. LARRY'S SENT OVER THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM TO COMPLETE THE ORDER--ONLY THEY DIDN'T MENTION THAT THEY CHANGED THE PRICE BY $2 PER FOOT HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY QUOTED. AFTER BEING QUESTIONED ABOUT IT, THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THE KEYSTONE WAS HARD TO GET, SO THE PRICE WENT UP. DON'T YOU THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THAT WHEN WE CALLED TO ORDER? Unauthorized Use Of Internet Images – Larry's Cap Rock's website/blog is using unauthorized images in their slideshow and despite owner's [of images/photos] requests and demands to remove said images, this company refuses to do so. There are copyright laws and yet somehow this company feels it is above such laws. It is petty thievery at best.
