Was a excellent experience from start to finish, our sales rep Shane was excellent to deal with, his knowledge of the product and his commitment to ensure we had everything we needed was excellent, my wife and I highly recommend Larry Renaud RV.

So the guys that worked on my RV were good but Renaud RV was horrible. I had a faulty valve on my toilet and it caused some water damage - it took weeks for Renaud to send me a quote to fix it....which resulted in me not being able to use the RV after having paid for the seasonal site. additionally they charged me $282.50 for the quote to make sure I use them for the repairs. When I got the quote it was a ridiculous amount (somewhere around $13,000) which I had fixed for about 20% of that cost. What really surprised me after... read more
