Completely Happy with Larry Miller Nissan! I just purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Larry Miller Nissan. The people there were friendly, professional and knew how to treat us right. We were trading in our 2007 Ford Fusion and I have had credit problems in the past. I spoke to Randy on the phone. He did not make me any promises that he couldn't keep. The Best Buying Experience Ever!! The best buying experience I have ever had!!!!! I purchased my vehicle over the internet with one of the Internet Managers (Randy Comer). He gave me all the information I wanted with the price, taxes etc... We had to drive 5 hours to the dealership and when we got there, he had the car waiting for me and nothing was different. The worst DEALER AROUND!! I dont know just where to start telling you how Larry Miler RIPS off people.Larry Miller is a very large company,they own Prestiage Finance in Salt Lake city.They pray in people with middle of the road credit.They charge you the MRSP and charge you $1000 just to wirite the loan.The interest rate is 21 to 24 persent.They dont tell you this.They will ask you what payment is good for you and then add $75 to $100 dollars.They will take your trade and come up with things that are rong with it and give yo... read more
Larry Miller Nissan I used to bring my van here for service, primarily warranty work, but they consistently could not diagnose problems without leaving my car for extended periods, and even then couldn't figure it out. They even denied some work that should have been covered by warranty that other dealerships then were able to fix and cover by warranty. Beware!
Devil in the details! One key only! Devil in the details! Bought a used 2009 Nissan Versa. Came with only one key. Not mentioned by the salesman at the time of purchase . Found out would have to purchase another key which is available only from the Dealer for about $100. ( I checked locksmiths) Asked salesman for another key, told used cars only come with one key and after he "talked to his boss" said he couldn't help because his boss said they "lost money on the deal". I have always had issues with Larry MIller dealerships. I have alwasy had problems dealing with any of the Larry Miller dealerships. In Utah we had issues with the landcar warranty, issues getting things taken care of and where we could. We were told by our selling agent that we could have our car serviced in Ogden, but when issues started arising we were told we could only have it serviced in Salt Lake City, an hour away. DONT LEAVE THE LOT UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE APPROVED!! Don't leave the car lot of Larry Miller Nissan unless you are completely sure your loan is approved. We went in on Dec 15, 2008, and worked with Josh and Ruben of their 2ndchance program which at first was really nice. During the signing of the papers they had us sign an agreement that if we had to bring the truck back for any reason we would pay so much a day until we brought it back.
