Larry was absolutely awesome in helping us find a place in Knoxville. He was referred to us by our realtor in Indiana and had everything ready for us when we drove down to look at homes. The packet that Larry provided was informative and extremely helpful. It took us just two days to find our home. Larry also went above board in attending the inspection, following up on our repair and maintenance requests while also doing a video walkthrough before we closed. Larry also provided some nice gifts for us on the day we moved in.
This is our second home purchase with Larry. He has always been very easy to work with. He’s really knowledgeable about homes and things most wouldn’t think of. Communicates really well and is available. He will definitely make your home buying experience a great one! I would give him 15 out of 10 stars!
