Office was neat and clean. CNA took her time asking new patient questions. Very personable. Thought Dr. Kramer was friendly and gave a very good first exam. Mentioned an issue with my neck, ordered X-rays and filled script for me. My primary Doctor retired so I have been seeing other Doctors. I felt Dr Kramer was a great Doctor and am looking forward to becoming his patient.

Not only has he allowed my high cholesterol/triglycerides to go untreated for 4 years; when mentioned to him he said "let's recheck it in a year". Countless other reasons as well, but he clearly needs to retire.

Dr. Seems to at times be stuck in a single minded approach to a host of symptoms, and is unwilling to discuss with his patient any other possible way of viewing the problem at hand. Often a number of symptoms are indicative of several different maladies, once Dr Kramer has come to a conclusion he disregards any and all other possible illnesses, with common symptoms, which can cause the patient to lose precious time and delay proper testing for a proper DX. I found his "my way or highway " rigid.
Five Stars in Every Catagory . My Wife Lucy Never Settled for Second Best.
Doctor doesn't listen to you well and doesn't take your health concerns seriously. Takes personal phone calls on your visit time than leaves you will an unsatisfied visit because this shortens your visit time. Also doesn't order the right test for the problems you are explaining to him.
