I was refered to Dr. Kipp by my DPM in Il. I winter in Florida, I started going weekly then by-weekly to Dr. Kipp for foot ulcers, I'm not diabetic, the Dr. trimmed callus and got rid of infected tissue, also eliminated my use of my expensive orthotics. Dr KIpp did a surgery on my left foot years ago. I have Psoriatic Arthritis. He removed a bunion. MY big toe was very deformed. He said I would feel great after nine weeks. THis was a painful surgery but I was so excited not to have anymore foot or toe pain. Well after nine weeks I was able to wear a shoe again. I noticed the foot pain was back. Nearly a year ago I had a case of achilles tendonitis. I made an appointment with Dr. Kipp for that issue. But a few days before my scheduled appointment, I tore the tendon and it eventually ruptured completely. Dr. Kipp patiently explained the nature of the injury and the treatment options. I chose to go with stem cell therapy. The procedure took maybe 45 minutes under local anesthesia. He gave me a walking boot and I went right back to work. Terrible working with Dr Kipps office staff member, Cari Ann Pace. Very rude and it seems like the minute I said I didn't have $525 at the last minute for insoles she started getting rude with me and not wanting me to talk to the doctor. The doctor hasn't called me back so I don't know if he's involved or If she's not telling him that I'm asking for a call back. my surgery has been scheduled for tomorrow and I found out from my insurance that she sent the prior authorization late. Wasted time.
Dr. Kipp is very knowledgeable medical and surgical doctor. He cares about you as a person not just a name, always has time for a short chat. Recently had surgery, I could not believe it, but I had absolutely no pain. I would and have recommended Dr Kipp . The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Kipp is an excellent, knowledgeable, caring doctor. He takes time with his patients to explain situations and procedures and to answer questions.
Dr. Kipp is an excellent doctor. He is a great listener, very caring and he makes sure to address all of your concern or needs. The office is clean and his staff is friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kipp.
