The dealer knew that I was coming from almost a hundred miles away I communicated with him over multiple emails. I get all the way down there and the car has been keyed from one end to the other and yet the salesman says he never noticed it. Maybe he thought I would buy something else I did not appreciate that

We drove the car - salesman was personable and knowledgeable- we did not purchase the car as we feel it is a little overpriced and apparently this is a non-negotiable dealer. Still looking for a car.
I went to view and test-drive a car at this dealership. The experience was great.
Got a great deal on the car but they only let me put $2000 on a credit card. They took a very very long time to process paperwork and they never detailed the car before I took it home. They also contacted me a couple days later and said they missed a document and wanted me to go back which I live 3 hours away. The lady also over pressured on selling extra insurances and made it seems like it was a requirement to purchase them.
Friendly service, buying a Honda-certified pre-owned car and trading in my old car. Very happy with the purchase and the process.
Sales Executive is very nice guy and he explained all the details about the car.But manager the way behave with customer is not good.
