I had been talking with the sales person there called Felix and was ready to make a purchase on their vehicle but when Felix had to leave and i was transferred to a salesperson called Jay. I mentioned the vehicle i test drove shifted into drive really hard he belittled me and said don’t you think our team would have caught it if something was wrong, all i did was mention it. It seems like a very good experience no hassling nor haggling and they did give me a discount on the car financing and the final price just because I asked great Hopkins Honda And good quality automobile
I ended up not getting the car but before that they were working with me to get me in to look at and test drive it. I just took too long. But they said they will contact me if a similar vehicle shows up.
Had the worst experience of all. After having an appointment (even after mentioning that I am coming from an hour far), when I reached the salesperson had already left without having any notes left for me. Moreover, the car I came was being sold to another customer right in front of me. Won't recommend this dealer to anyone.
We made an apt and travel almost 50.miles...sales person on floor without mask at all. Receptionist walking around no mask. We walked right out. Left without car couldn't make deal. After they emailed us another option or offer. I replied with a realistic number and they didn't even reply back i called and let em know how their sales sucks.
They were willing to answer my questions by text, kept track of what I was looking for, and I would give them another shot next time. In the end I found something closer to home.
