The car buying experience was easy, the salesman extremely helpful, the price very fair. The downside was that the day after I purchased the car a crack appeared on the inside of the front window. This crack appeared simultaneously with the operation of the window washer/ wiper. I have never had a windshield that cracked on the inside! I had to have the windshield replaced, they paid half, but it was a very disappointing occurrence on day 1 of possession.
